On September 23, the three-day 2026 China Laundry Expo concluded. At Shanghai New International Expo Centre, Kingstar showcased at Booth F22, Hall N5, with an 800 m2 booth. It presented a full range of smart laundry equipment, including six new products. This exhibition showed a smart laundry plant system integrator’s strong capabilities. 

At the exhibition, Kingstar attracted a large number of visitors for consultations. The tunnel washer system centered around the 60/16 tunnel washer. It worked together with a cylinder press extractor, a centrifugal extractor, a direct-fired pass-through dryer, as well as a smart soiled linen sorting system. This showed end-to-end automation, from sorting, washing, and extraction to drying. In the finishing area, new products, a standalone linen picking machine, an automatic edge-finding spreading feeder, a pillowcase feeding machine, and a pillowcase folding machine attracted great attention. 

The smart soiled linen sorting system became a highlight. The system uses AI image recognition and X-ray scanning technology. It can identify linen types, colors, sizes, as well as soil levels. It can remove foreign objects and track RFID chip data. This builds a closed-loop digital management system for laundry plants. With the concept of “dirty linen in, clean linen out”, the full system enables labor-saving operations.

During the three days, the Kingstar negotiation area remained busy. Sales and technical teams remained on-site. They provided professional, detailed guidance for equipment operations, production layout, and smart upgrades. Most visitors expressed their purchasing interest after deep discussion and reached purchase agreements. Partnerships covered many countries and regions. This exceeded Kingstar’s expectations. 

On the evening of September 21, Kingstar held an appreciation dinner for global partners. Hundreds of partners worldwide explored the future of smart laundry plants. They communicated friendly about smart laundry trends and market demand from different countries.
